  • Is the HR and Payroll platform really free? What’s the catch?

    No catch. It’s seriously free. Because we’ve automated and streamlined key employment administration functions, we can offer our solution to workplace partners at no cost. Our hope is that our partners take the dollars they save on the back office HR tasks and invest them in benefits for their hourly workers.

  • What type of health insurance do you offer?

    We offer several options for your business including a major medical plan, three limited liability plans, five Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plans, and three Minimum Value Plans.

  • Is there a minimum number of employees you require to be a business on Spur?

    No. We partner with businesses that have 1 to 10,000 hourly workers.

  • Do you require an annual commitment?

    No. Unlike other providers that lock you in for 12 - 24 months, Spur allows you to go month-to-month on our employment solution. We’re so confident that you’ll love our service (and want to stick around), we don’t feel the need to bind you into a long-term commitment.

  • How long does it take Spur to get up and running at a workplace?

    Spur can be fully implemented in as little as seven business days.

  • Why do you focus on hourly workers?

    We know that employing hourly workers is expensive due to the administrative complexities and high employee turnover.
